Shipping Delays:

Please allow as much extra time for shipping as possible during this time. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date for any orders, we recommend you plan for delays in shipping.

While we've noticed things getting better, USPS is still experiencing delays with scanning and delivering some packages. UPS is the surest way to receive your packages on-time. Standard mail shipments are the most delayed, and unfortunately we cannot guarantee shipping times for economy shipments. These are shipping estimates based on recent delays:

Shipments take 1-2 business days to leave our warehouse, then take these approximate shipping times:

UPS (Midwest and East Coast): 1-3 business days

UPS to West Coast and Southwest: 2-5 business days

Standard shipping: (West Coast): 2-5 business days (avg. 3 days)

Standard shipping: (Rest of US): 3-10 business days (avg. 5 days)

If you do not receive your order within these time frames, or if you believe your package is lost in the ether, we are always happy to investigate further or send a replacement whenever we can. Please note that while you will receive tracking numbers, standard shipments are uninsured; once the item has been marked as DELIVERED by USPS, we cannot guarantee any responsibility for any lost or stolen packages (we would have no recourse to recoup the loss of inventory and replacement shipping charges), but we will do whatever we can to help. Only expedited and Priority Mail shipments are insured and guaranteed.
